Global Studies (9th Grade)

This course will examine many different countries and their cultures.  We will also be examining their history so we can properly understand the current events happening today.  Below are some of the main ideas that we will discuss.  Global Studies will start the school year with the 7 revolutions because this will be a constant theme throughout the year.   However, many of the lessons will be based on current events.  As a result, the order of units will vary depending on what is happening currently in the world.
